Ready-to-wear without alterations: dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Ready-to-wear with approved fit adjustments: dispatch within 5–7 business days after payment, measurements, and requested changes are confirmed. Carrier transit time is additional.
Unaltered ready-to-wear is eligible for a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the return conditions. Approved alterations become final sale once work begins.
