We offer a 14-day return policy on all ready-to-wear pieces. You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to submit a return request using the form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Custom, personalized, or custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Because our ready-to-wear pieces are completely unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer standard exchanges.

However, if you would like the piece in a different size, then that becomes a custom-made order. Please reach out to us if you would like to begin a custom design process. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of this return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund total.
